I’m pretty much known for being a Mopar Man, but I do have an appreciation for a lot of other cars too. I’ve always liked Pontiac and had quite a few. 47 Torpedo Street Rod, 63 Tempest, 68 GTO 4-speed – but my favorite was a triple black 69 Grand Prix 4 speed, which was featured in the Hemmings magazine.
I’d windowed the original 428 in a friendly Street race (which also broke the rear gear and transmission) and had a pretty stout aluminum head 455 built to take its place.
