Refuse THis Currency

refuse this dollar

The new Muslim game is to stamp this crap under “In God We Trust” on American currency. Let’s nip this in the bud. Inspect your change as it is given to you. If this is stamped on it — refuse it and demand non-defaced currency. If the store refuses — tell them that you will not only never return to their store — but report them for passing defaced currency. It won’t take long for the stores to inspect and refuse this currency from customers — and they’ll lose the motivation to have unspendable currency

How The American Empire Ended

Contrary to what you were taught in school, a Democracy is not a very good form of government, nor was the American Constitution created to be the outline and rules for a Democracy. We started on the road of changing from a Republic to a Democracy (very big difference) early in the last century under President Wilson — who was a far Left Wing Progressive. He started a chain of events that we’ve just about run out of time to reverse.

Communists want a total government by a small few "Party" members over the rest of the People in the USA.

Cloward & Piven documented a Communist strategy to give them their total government rule, by first creating an impossible to maintain level of dependency on the government by the people, then creating and fueling riots/anarchy when the government could no longer afford to keep up with the dependence they created, and finally be positioned to quickly fill the vacuum (need for a government to restore law) with a Communist government to save the day.

In between a Republic (which our Founding Fathers created for the USA) and total Government is a Democracy, which is the pathway to Anarchy. Check out the below short and interesting video of the History of Governments, and you will see how Cloward & Piven didn’t invent this strategy — they simply studied how it has taken place many times throughout history — the most famous being the fall of the Roman Empire. After viewing the video, compare with the rioting you are seeing in Egypt, Libya, and Syria in the Middle East; Greece, Italy, France, and England in Europe; and early stages of it happening here in the USA at places like Union Rallies or at the State Capital in Madison, Wisconsin.

America’s fall from being the greatest modern culture is well on the way here in the USA.

TSA Agent Steals $50,000 in Electronics

TSA Agent caught stealing iPad from passenger by stuffing in his pants. It is reported he stole more than $50,000 in electronics from Passengers, lift on eBay with his smart phone, and have sold before his shift ended.

These are the thugs that Obama wants to Unionize in repayment for the Unions carrying his water.

On the Road to Greece

Dave Schultz

June 29, 2011

Greece is the case study of how socialism doesn’t work. The above video is of the rioting in Athens Yesterday, but this has been going on for two years now as the country has crumbled under the weight from the personal greed of Socialism. The anarchists in the above video are mostly people bussed in by the trade Unions and the Communist party to intimidate politicians from voting for an unpopular austerity package — much like what you saw at the Capital in Wisconsin in May. The city is virtually on fire right now.

Over the last couple of decades in Greece, a higher percentage of people don’t pay any taxes — while a small percentage pay the largest percentage of taxes collected. This caused a class of the producers moving from Greece, hiding their income, or just throwing the towel. You’re starting to see the same thing (The John Galt Protest of the Producers) here in the US where 43% don’t pay a cent in Personal Income Tax — and 5% pay 801% of the Personal Income Tax.

20% of the people work for the government in Greece. Under Obama, government workers have shot up to 14% in the US over the last two years — and we’ve not yet had Obamacare kick in.

The majority of the rest of the employed people are the looters employed by the Unions — who have for decades been friends of the Government. Sound familiar? They work short hours, paid twice their worth in a capitalist society, receive month long vacations, retire in the mid-50s with a big pension, and have benefits pay for all major expenses. They are the looters of Greece. In the US Unions have ruined the auto Industry (giving it to Asia), and the steel industry (gone forever). Their main strength now is in Government — where they are allowed loot the States and Federal Treasury in return to get out eh vote and contributions.

The balance of the people in Greece are unemployed Moochers. They simply refuse to work, and expect the government and the taxes collected from the producers to pay their way through life. If you pay any attention to current events — you’ll see where interviews of these people now having them complaining that the US doesn’t do enough to help them — as it is our duty because we are rich and they are not.

Fact is that we contribute something like 17% (plus whatever other commitments Obama throws in from our public treasury) to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) — which has been throwing billions at Greece (and other European countries).

Greece’s problem stems from pure Greed. They elected Socialists who promised the masses a free ride as Moochers and Looters by simply electing them — just as we’ve done here in the US since FDR, our first King of the Moochers. The plan was to take the money from the producers — but they didn’t expect that the Producers would be so pissed from being looted that they’d cheat, move from Greece, or simply give up. The money dried up — but the Looters and Moochers kept mooching and looting. Now they know of no other way — and the current generation of young people are totally worthless and helpless, so they riot. This is much like the US’ third generation (since LBJ’s Great Society) of Welfare recipients paid based on the number of fatherless children they can crank out — pimping and hoing between rioting and flash robbing.

Spain and Portugal are in the same boat as Greece — with Italy right behind them. A little further back is Ireland (for a different reason), and a little further back is going to be France and Britain — because of their mooching Muslim population. Are of Europe will be set on fire by the Looters and Moochers when the money runs out.

Speaking of Muslims, this is also happening all over the Middle East. They’re currently rioting in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco — with other countries as big as Saudi Arabia to soon follow. There the repressive governments have financed a meager existence of the people doing nothing — and now those people want bigger cut. Instead of Communists and Unions the Middle East have the Muslim Brotherhood (recently changing their name in ACORN fashion), Hamas, and Hezbollah — which see this as an opportunity, much in the same way the Ayatollah saw the opportunity with the Shaw of Iran in the 70s. How did that work out?

Yet we don’t learn from any of this. We continue to elect people who promise free stuff that we can’t afford — and politicians saving their cushy job (where the bigger benefit is $100,000 futures tips) by kicking the can down the road — just as Greece did. We are on the path of becoming Greece — but the bigger problem is that there won’t be an IMF to bail us out. We cannot continue to throw a trillion dollars at shovel ready Union jobs, crony businesses that donate to the right campaigns, Jet Setting the Obama Family entourage around the world for their entertainment, free golf carts, government bail outs, and all of the rest of the money we’re wasting. We need to stop devaluing the dollar with the printing of tens of billions — while calling it “Quantitative Easing” (QE1 & QE2, and maybe soon a QE3). We cannot grow the government in the fashion we have in the last two years — and then Unionize them. These government agencies (Like the TSA) have been acting like Thugs — much as the Nazi Brown Shirts did. We shouldn’t be involved in the Middle East — which the exception of protecting our only friend over there, Israel. We certainly don’t need to be picking the wrong side — as we did in Iran back in the 70s. Let them just kill themselves — it keeps them too busy to fly planes into towers and bomb hotels.

We need to stop being so damn greedy and selfish, and take the little pain required to fix things now — instead of getting to the point of Greece where the pain will be unbearable. This time to save ourselves is about to run out. Yes — we’ll need to give up some Social Security and Medicare — and that sucks. I’ve paid the max in all of my life and that money would have been better invested privately. Yes we’ll have to stop studying the effect of AIDS on Hookers in China or shrimp on treadmills. Yes — we need to let the world start to take care of itself instead of the US always being the Cop and the rich uncle. Yes, cronys will no longer get greased as a reward of the Political Bundling efforts. We need to stop throwing money at an inferior educational system run by Unions. All looting needs to be stopped. All anti-Productive regulations need to be reversed.

People need to find it more of a benefit to work — than to be a moocher, which should be too painful to be accepted as a way of life. It was never in the plan of the Founding Fathers to create a Federal Government that was to grow so large, tax so much, and govern every aspect of its citizen’s lives — from sodas in schools to what kind of light bulb you can legally own.

People need to wake up and wake those around them. This apathy and personal greed screwed Greece, is screwing Spain, Portugal, and most of the rest of Europe. It is also screwing the US. Replace the politicians with those who convince you they we reduce the size of government — and rid us of the Looters and Moochers. Get involve with slapping sense into your friends now — by educating them on what is happening.

Money is Evil!

The World’s Best Speech

Money Is Evil?

The follow in a speech given by a fictional character by the name of Francisco D’Ancondia in a novel written in 1957 by Ayn Rand — titled “Atlas Shrugged”

As I write this, I’m about 1/3 of the way through the book — which is the best book I’ve ever read. Some who read the book will understand the message the author intended to give — but most today, as in 1957, will have the message race over their head — as they are living in that warning given over 50 years ago. To them, it will just be a great novel of fictitious people in a fictitious land.

I encourage those worried with what “Hope and Change” has put the United States to please read this book. It is a big and heavy book — better read in the electronic version. I believe that many, like me, will find it near impossible to put it down.

The below except is a speech Franciso gave at a wedding of an anti-business “Progressive”, that was attended but Socialists and Government Cronies. It was his response to someone telling him that his money was evil.

Francisco d’Anconia’s Speech on Money from Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand (1957)

“So you think that money is the root of all evil?” said Francisco d’Anconia. “Have you ever asked what is the root of money? Money is a tool of exchange, which can’t exist unless there are goods produced and men able to produce them. Money is the material shape of the principle that men who wish to deal with one another must deal by trade and give value for value. Money is not the tool of the moochers, who claim your product by tears, or of the looters, who take it from you by force. Money is made possible only by the men who produce. Is this what you consider evil?

“When you accept money in payment for your effort, you do so only on the conviction that you will exchange it for the product of the effort of others. It is not the moochers or the looters who give value to money. Not an ocean of tears not all the guns in the world can transform those pieces of paper in your wallet into the bread you will need to survive tomorrow. Those pieces of paper, which should have been gold, are a token of honor–your claim upon the energy of the men who produce. Your wallet is your statement of hope that somewhere in the world around you there are men who will not default on that moral principle which is the root of money, Is this what you consider evil?

“Have you ever looked for the root of production? Take a look at an electric generator and dare tell yourself that it was created by the muscular effort of unthinking brutes. Try to grow a seed of wheat without the knowledge left to you by men who had to discover it for the first time. Try to obtain your food by means of nothing but physical motions–and you’ll learn that man’s mind is the root of all the goods produced and of all the wealth that has ever existed on earth.

“But you say that money is made by the strong at the expense of the weak? What strength do you mean? It is not the strength of guns or muscles. Wealth is the product of man’s capacity to think. Then is money made by the man who invents a motor at the expense of those who did not invent it? Is money made by the intelligent at the expense of the fools? By the able at the expense of the incompetent? By the ambitious at the expense of the lazy? Money is made–before it can be looted or mooched–made by the effort of every honest man, each to the extent of his ability. An honest man is one who knows that he can’t consume more than he has produced.’

“To trade by means of money is the code of the men of good will. Money rests on the axiom that every man is the owner of his mind and his effort. Money allows no power to prescribe the value of your effort except the voluntary choice of the man who is willing to trade you his effort in return. Money permits you to obtain for your goods and your labor that which they are worth to the men who buy them, but no more. Money permits no deals except those to mutual benefit by the unforced judgment of the traders. Money demands of you the recognition that men must work for their own benefit, not for their own injury, for their gain, not their loss–the recognition that they are not beasts of burden, born to carry the weight of your misery–that you must offer them values, not wounds–that the common bond among men is not the exchange of suffering, but the exchange of goods. Money demands that you sell, not your weakness to men’s stupidity,

but your talent to their reason; it demands that you buy, not the shoddiest they offer, but the best that your money can find. And when men live by trade–with reason, not force, as their final arbiter–it is the best product that wins, the best performance, the man of best judgment and highest ability–and the degree of a man’s productiveness is the degree of his reward. This is the code of existence whose tool and symbol is money. Is this what you consider evil?

“But money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver. It will give you the means for the satisfaction of your desires, but it will not provide you with desires. Money is the scourge of the men who attempt to reverse the law of causality–the men who seek to replace the mind by seizing the products of the mind.

“Money will not purchase happiness for the man who has no concept of what he wants: money will not give him a code of values, if he’s evaded the knowledge of what to value, and it will not provide him with a purpose, if he’s evaded the choice of what to seek. Money will not buy intelligence for the fool, or admiration for the coward, or respect for the incompetent. The man who attempts to purchase the brains of his superiors to serve him, with his money replacing his judgment, ends up by becoming the victim of his inferiors. The men of intelligence desert him, but the cheats and the frauds come flocking to him, drawn by a law which he has not discovered: that no man may be smaller than his money. Is this the reason why you call it evil?

“Only the man who does not need it, is fit to inherit wealth–the man who would make his own fortune no matter where he started. If an heir is equal to his money, it serves him; if not, it destroys him. But you look on and you cry that money corrupted him. Did it? Or did he corrupt his money? Do not envy a worthless heir; his wealth is not yours and you would have done no better with it. Do not think that it should have been distributed among you; loading the world with fifty parasites instead of one, would not bring back the dead virtue which was the fortune. Money is a living power that dies without its root. Money will not serve the mind that cannot match it. Is this the reason why you call it evil?

“Money is your means of survival. The verdict you pronounce upon the source of your livelihood is the verdict you pronounce upon your life. If the source is corrupt, you have damned your own existence. Did you get your money by fraud? By pandering to men’s vices or men’s stupidity? By catering to fools, in the hope of getting more than your ability deserves? By lowering your standards? By doing work you despise for purchasers you scorn? If so, then your money will not give you a moment’s or a penny’s worth of joy. Then all the things you buy will become, not a tribute to you, but a reproach; not an achievement, but a reminder of shame. Then you’ll scream that money is evil. Evil, because it would not pinch-hit for your self-respect? Evil, because it would not let you enjoy your depravity? Is this the root of your hatred of money?

“Money will always remain an effect and refuse to replace you as the cause. Money is the product of virtue, but it will not give you virtue and it will not redeem your vices. Money

will not give you the unearned, neither in matter nor in spirit. Is this the root of your hatred of money?

“Or did you say it’s the love of money that’s the root of all evil? To love a thing is to know and love its nature. To love money is to know and love the fact that money is the creation of the best power within you, and your passkey to trade your effort for the effort of the best among men. It’s the person who would sell his soul for a nickel, who is loudest in proclaiming his hatred of money–and he has good reason to hate it. The lovers of money are willing to work for it. They know they are able to deserve it.

“Let me give you a tip on a clue to men’s characters: the man who damns money has obtained it dishonorably; the man who respects it has earned it.

“Run for your life from any man who tells you that money is evil. That sentence is the leper’s bell of an approaching looter. So long as men live together on earth and need means to deal with one another–their only substitute, if they abandon money, is the muzzle of a gun.

“But money demands of you the highest virtues, if you wish to make it or to keep it. Men who have no courage, pride or self-esteem, men who have no moral sense of their right to their money and are not willing to defend it as they defend their life, men who apologize for being rich–will not remain rich for long. They are the natural bait for the swarms of looters that stay under rocks for centuries, but come crawling out at the first smell of a man who begs to be forgiven for the guilt of owning wealth. They will hasten to relieve him of the guilt–and of his life, as he deserves.

“Then you will see the rise of the men of the double standard–the men who live by force, yet count on those who live by trade to create the value of their looted money–the men who are the hitchhikers of virtue. In a moral society, these are the criminals, and the statutes are written to protect you against them. But when a society establishes criminals-by-right and looters-by-law–men who use force to seize the wealth of disarmed victims–then money becomes its creators’ avenger. Such looters believe it safe to rob defenseless men, once they’ve passed a law to disarm them. But their loot becomes the magnet for other looters, who get it from them as they got it. Then the race goes, not to the ablest at production, but to those most ruthless at brutality. When force is the standard, the murderer wins over the pickpocket. And then that society vanishes, in a spread of ruins and slaughter.

“Do you wish to know whether that day is coming? Watch money. Money is the barometer of a society’s virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion–when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing–when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors–when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you–when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice–you may know that your society is doomed. Money is so noble a medium that is does not compete with guns

and it does not make terms with brutality. It will not permit a country to survive as half-property, half-loot.

“Whenever destroyers appear among men, they start by destroying money, for money is men’s protection and the base of a moral existence. Destroyers seize gold and leave to its owners a counterfeit pile of paper. This kills all objective standards and delivers men into the arbitrary power of an arbitrary setter of values. Gold was an objective value, an equivalent of wealth produced. Paper is a mortgage on wealth that does not exist, backed by a gun aimed at those who are expected to produce it. Paper is a check drawn by legal looters upon an account which is not theirs: upon the virtue of the victims. Watch for the day when it bounces, marked, ‘Account overdrawn.’

“When you have made evil the means of survival, do not expect men to remain good. Do not expect them to stay moral and lose their lives for the purpose of becoming the fodder of the immoral. Do not expect them to produce, when production is punished and looting rewarded. Do not ask, ‘Who is destroying the world? You are.

“You stand in the midst of the greatest achievements of the greatest productive civilization and you wonder why it’s crumbling around you, while you’re damning its life-blood–money. You look upon money as the savages did before you, and you wonder why the jungle is creeping back to the edge of your cities. Throughout men’s history, money was always seized by looters of one brand or another, whose names changed, but whose method remained the same: to seize wealth by force and to keep the producers bound, demeaned, defamed, deprived of honor. That phrase about the evil of money, which you mouth with such righteous recklessness, comes from a time when wealth was produced by the labor of slaves–slaves who repeated the motions once discovered by somebody’s mind and left unimproved for centuries. So long as production was ruled by force, and wealth was obtained by conquest, there was little to conquer, Yet through all the centuries of stagnation and starvation, men exalted the looters, as aristocrats of the sword, as aristocrats of birth, as aristocrats of the bureau, and despised the producers, as slaves, as traders, as shopkeepers–as industrialists.

“To the glory of mankind, there was, for the first and only time in history, a country of money–and I have no higher, more reverent tribute to pay to America, for this means: a country of reason, justice, freedom, production, achievement. For the first time, man’s mind and money were set free, and there were no fortunes-by-conquest, but only fortunes-by-work, and instead of swordsmen and slaves, there appeared the real maker of wealth, the greatest worker, the highest type of human being–the self-made man–the American industrialist.

“If you ask me to name the proudest distinction of Americans, I would choose–because it contains all the others–the fact that they were the people who created the phrase ‘to make money.’ No other language or nation had ever used these words before; men had always thought of wealth as a static quantity–to be seized, begged, inherited, shared, looted or obtained as a favor. Americans were the first to understand that wealth has to be created. The words ‘to make money’ hold the essence of human morality.

“Yet these were the words for which Americans were denounced by the rotted cultures of the looters’ continents. Now the looters’ credo has brought you to regard your proudest achievements as a hallmark of shame, your prosperity as guilt, your greatest men, the industrialists, as blackguards, and your magnificent factories as the product and property of muscular labor, the labor of whip-driven slaves, like the pyramids of Egypt. The rotter who simpers that he sees no difference between the power of the dollar and the power of the whip, ought to learn the difference on his own hide– as, I think, he will.

“Until and unless you discover that money is the root of all good, you ask for your own destruction. When money ceases to be the tool by which men deal with one another, then men become the tools of men. Blood, whips and guns–or dollars. Take your choice–there is no other–and your time is running out.”

I believe I understand Rand’s message because of personally experiencing the comments and attitudes and people around me for so many years. I believe the Novel was written about 40 years into the 100-year plan, and we’re better than 90 years into that plan. People need to wake up — and reading Atlas Shrugged will make many of those who read it.

Atlas Shrugged

File:AtlasShrugged.jpg

My middle daughter bought me Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand last week, to read as I recover at home from an illness. Last night I read the Introduction (which was based on excerpts from the author’s journal planning the story and characters) and the first three chapters (93 pages) tonight. Very hard to put down.

Originally the book was going to be called “Strike”, but Rand’s husband suggested she change the name to Atlas Shrugged. She started work on the book after finishing Fountainhead in the early 40s — and the book was finally finished and published it in 1957.

The first I’d heard of the book was in 1998. People kept telling me I was like John Galt in Atlas Shrugged — I mean a lot of people told me this after I abruptly and unexpectedly retired in my early 40s. I was tired of being an unappreciated Giver that was being penalized in favor of the lazy Takers. I found that my being compared to Galt very strange, mainly because I’d never heard of Galt or the book before.

In 1998, I owned three good size businesses, employed a couple hundred people, spent over $500,000 a month in expenses to local vendors, and earned about $400,000 a month profit for myself and a silent partner who had invested in me back in 1990. I was paying millions in taxes. However, despite my personally risking everything I had to get started, and working from 6AM to 11PM seven days a week — I was paying extortion fees of about $60,000 a month for nuisance valve settlements of frivolous lawsuits, fighting unreasonable government obstacles at levels, and the world appeared hated me for no reason more than the envy of success from my ambition, risk and long hours. I bent over backwards to be charitable — which while expected of me because I had more than average — was never appreciated by the recipients of my charity.

I finally got fed up and decided I was sick of beating me head against the wall just because it was expected Givers (those who contribute to the system more than they take from it), decided I was tired of being penalized for being productive, and I threw in the towel and retired from being a productive producer 30 years earlier than I should have. I had become sick of a Socialist political climate where the Takers are rewarded, and the Giver’s penalized.

People were shocked when I decided to retire and saw me adjust my lifestyle to live on a small fraction of what of what I was spending — after throwing away a $2,000,000 a year personal revenue stream. Family and friends  thought I was crazy to give it all up to go drag racing — and some feel I am evil for not doing my part of employing people and spending money in the local economy. When I started being compared to John Galt — who I knew nothing of — I said I would someday read the book to find out why I’m being compared to him.

My understanding is that John Galt won’t be introduced in the book until after page 1000 — but in the first 100+ pages that I’ve read so far, the question “Who is John Galt” has been asked many times.

While this book was published in 1957 — it is all about what’s going on in America today. You have the Givers (like Bill Gates) who are some of the ambitious and charitable people who have taken risks and work their asses off to employ many in growing business — but are hated mostly out of envy (though other lame excuses are used); the book has the Takers who feel entitled to receive more than they give and are subsidized by the Givers they hate out of envy; the book has the worthless progressives who inherited money screwing up big the companies (like Jeff Imelt at GE) they run; the book has the Progressive Main Stream Media; the book has the equivalents of Michael Moore, Nancy Pelosi, and George Soros; and the book has cronyism, government bailout loans, and nationalization of business. You can kinda see where this book is going — and why the original title was “Strike”.

The book is so big and heavy (was wearing me out holding it up to read) with a small type font — that I sprung the $18 to get the iBook version that I’m now reading on my iPad. This is the first electronic book I’ve read — and I’ve got to tell you I’m digging it — although I never thought I would. I did it mainly because of the weight of a book and the small type — but I now finding that I read much faster on the iPad.

Man I’m telling you — this is so far the best novel I’ve ever read because we’re living it right now!

The purpose of this category is give people the opportunity to discuss topics with a political content to it. Most topics are fair game for discussion — no mater if the political slant is Left or Right. The opinions posted in the threads contained within this category are the sole opinion of the person posting, and not necessarily the opinion of the site's administrator, and the administrator/owner of the web site is not liable for the postings of another person. This forum contains discussions concerning the US Military. A very high percentage of the active members of this board were proud to have served in the Military, and we will not have their service disrespected with the trolling of Anti-America cowards. Please don't copy and paste any articles from any of the Military Times — or from any other blog or News site. Likewise, do not post links to those sites either. Instead give a summary of the information you wish to offer — and then give a keyword list that others can Google to reference. I'm sorry that we have to do it this way — but aggressive ambulance chasing lawyer varmints have nothing better to do then sue blogs and forums.

This is an open invitation for all to visit the forums of their interest. Membership to post is free, quick, and free of all ulterior motives. You are not going to get spammed and your information will not be given out (short of a court order if you were to post something criminal). Our motive is simple to provide a one-stop place for any type of discussion — categorized in forums to find the conversations that interest you — and avoid conversations you wish to not be involved with.

Participate in the forums that interest you — and avoid the forums that do not. Any board that has a collection of forums to cover any type of conversation, is going to have forums that will interest you — and forums that will not interest you. For instance, the political forum is one of the more popular forums — but if your interest is drag racing and not politics — judge the board on the forums that interest you and not the forums that do not. Each individual forum stands on its own merit — and will benefit with increased participation.

Please honor us with your participation in the forums that interest you — and please pass this message along to your family and friends so that we might also be honored with their participation in the forums that interest them.

Thanx
